Joe's journey with the art of cooking began in my childhood. Growing up in a family that owned and operated Toto's Pizza Parlour and Restaurant on Murray St in Perth, I absorbed the secrets of crafting delectable pizzas from a young age.

​

Fuelled by a passion for perfecting the pizza experience, my wife Wenda and I decided to embark on our own culinary adventure. It all started with our wood-fired pizza truck, bringing the sizzle and aroma of authentic pizza to the streets. The response was overwhelming, and soon we expanded our dream, opening a cozy shop front in the heart of Midland, Western Australia.
