Our story begins with a childhood spent in the kitchen. Joe grew up surrounded by the rich aromas of traditional Italian cooking, with his family running the beloved Toto’s Pizza Parlour and Restaurant on Murray Street in Perth. From a young age, he learned the craft of authentic pizza – guided by time-honoured family recipes and a deep love for hospitality.

 

With over 30 years of experience, Joe and his partner Wendy have turned that passion into Pizza Joe’s – a mobile catering business delivering handmade, woodfired pizzas and Italian-inspired dishes across Perth and beyond. What began as a humble food truck has grown into a trusted name in mobile pizza catering.

 

Our mission is simple: to serve delicious, handcrafted pizza using fresh ingredients and our signature family dough recipe, all fired up on-site in our custom mobile oven. Whether it’s an intimate backyard party or a large-scale celebration, we bring the same level of warmth, care and flavour to every event.
